I FORGOT MY WEST KARTE. CAN I HAVE AN AGENCY PASS ? 

It is not possible to get a pass. In case of forgetting, you will have to buy a unit ticket kar'ouest.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO VALIDATE MY TICKET ?

The validation of your ticket must be systematic with each climb and even in correspondence.

This applies to:

  • Paper tickets
  • The M-TICKET
  • The karte ouest

If the title is accepted, the validator displays a green light

If the title is refused, the validator displays a red light. You must then buy a last minute title in the vehicle.

Beware, when travelling without a ticket, you are subject to verbalization with a fine of up to 40 euros.

CAN I TRAVEL SEVERAL TIMES WITH MY WEST KART ?

It is possible to travel together with your west kart if it contains enough titles for each person who wishes to travel with you.

To travel in a group, you have 4 options:

  • The ticket book allows you to get paper tickets to be validated on buses, 1 ticket - 1 traveler.
  • The anonymous card on which it is possible to load digital ticket books. When you get into the vehicle, you will use a single card to count the number of tickets corresponding to the number of accompanying passengers.
  • The customizable card on which it is also possible to load digital tickets. However, if your customizable card contains a subscription, it will take precedence and you will not be able to pass on your titles to your companions.
  • Electronic tickets via the M-TICKETS KAR OUEST app allows you to buy the desired number of tickets and activate them before you get on the bus. All you need to do, again via the app, will only have to validate once the QR CODE containing the number of activated tickets, corresponding to the number of passengers, on the terminal of the vehicle.
